Currently serving as the Lead Product Owner at IWS, he engineers solutions that bridge complex technology with measurable business outcomes. His academic foundation is built on a rare synergy of high-level business and technical rigor, spanning an MBA (PGDM) from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad (IIM-A), and a degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Osmania University. As a doctoral candidate pursuing an Executive Ph.D. in AI/ML and Blockchain at Woxsen University, Sai is dedicated to pioneering the frontier where agentic AI orchestration meets decentralized infrastructure, transforming theoretical research into autonomous, high-impact business ecosystems.

Sai Srikanth Madugula is a Technical Product Leader and AI/ML Researcher currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Computer Science and Engineering at Woxsen University, Hyderabad. His doctoral research is focused on the frontier of Agentic AI and Blockchain, specifically bridging the gap between deep-tech theoretical models and real-world fintech applications. Sai has established a distinguished professional record, most notably spearheading the Rentr mobile app in the UK, where his strategic product management and architectural vision were instrumental to the platform's success.
Throughout his career, Sai has evolved at the intersection of technological innovation and user-centric design. His background in product management is supported by a meticulous approach to creating intuitive interfaces and agentic workflows, leveraging tools like Figma, Visily, and Whimsical to translate complex user requirements into high-performance product features.
As a Product Leader, Sai has a proven track record of orchestrating cross-functional teams using Agile methodologies, ensuring the seamless execution of projects that consistently exceed stakeholder expectations.
